Thanks, 'tini, I think you got it right. Yep, it's Biden's fault those LA deputies shot the Black guy. And why did they do it? He dropped a gun. He dropped it. Meaning he no longer had it. But he still needed shooting in case he had another? Was a gun pointed at them? Nope.  
So why do I think one of the deputies tossed a gun on the ground. Many cops carry one just in case.
