The thread cited by Jake has been deleted.  Seizure of bee pee is one issue. Apparently, as a separate issue, access to TER is being blocked in many places throughout the US. Someone :-) had posted a snarky comment to the deleted thread:

I wonder if the US asked for assistance from China, North Korea, Russia, and other countries?  Those bastions of freedom know how to block access to the World Wide Web for their citizens.
