I wouldn't be surprised in the least when  Mueller's investigation finds ample  evidence of criminal activity  to prosecute Dunce Queen HRC, since the last investigation of Criminal HRC was overseen, possibly  manipulated  by Obama Administration Partisan Cronies .

He pled guilty only to lying to the FBI in return for his cooperation.  He has already told Mueller what else he knows and will cooperate on.  Mueller clearly thought that was valuable enough to drop the other charges.  For now.  If Flynn fails to deliver he can always be charged again.

So again, help me out here.  The "Statement of Offense" only included Flynn's lies about the calls he made during December, and his FARA issues while doing work for Turkey.  There is no mention of any activities done as part of the campaign ahead of the election.  All Mueller has promised him is he will not be prosecuted further for the offenses listed (if he cooperates).  There are no other promises made that I can see about any other illegal activity that Flynn may have been involved in.  So if you are Flynn, and did something in violation of the law ie Logan Act for example, perhaps along with Trump as part of the campaign, why would you not get that into this deal?  Right now, he is open to further charges if those offenses took place.
