At this very time 8 years ago President Obama was working so hard to stop free fall of the economy from the worst crisis left by another Republican and helping enact legislation to help millions of Americans who had lost their jobs, life savings, retirement funds and health care.
What a difference.
Vilify all immigrants and Muslims. Check.
Take away health care from the moochers. Check
Kill planned Parenthood. Check
Plan to overturn Roe v. Wade. Check
Deny climate change and rollback any regulation that protects the environment. And, for gods sake, don't let that new report from US scientists be released. Check
Ensure it remains legal to fire someone because they’re LGBTQ. Check
Defund anything related to the arts, and PBS can suck my tiny pinkie. Check
Call the media an enemy of the state and put the fake news accusation on a loop. Check
Create as much media distraction as possible so no one notices what we’re really doing. Check.
Plan a Made in America day but figure out how hide the fact that my family outsources it’s manufacturing overseas. Maybe we should threaten a nuclear war with NK? Whadda ya think Mike? Is that a yes?. Check.
Don’t do anything to piss off our core base by saying anything that might make them think we don't still support their white/ethno/economic/nationalist agenda. Steve, should I blame everyone for Charlottesville? yes? Check
