...Doug Burgum (WHO?!) needed to get 40,000 individual donors to qualify for the Republican debate.  So he offered $20. to anyone who donated $1.00 to his campaign.  SMART Democrats took advantage of the offer by this Republican idiot - they donated $1.00 to Burgum and then donated the $20. he gave then to President Biden's campaign.
