Has always been hypocritical.  It reminds me of being a kid watching wrestling - one guy would accidentally hit another with a chair, and then their feud starts - but a little replay would clearly show there was no issue to begin with.  The hardcore righties are similar in that a little research would clarify things - but they'd rather just keep spewing hate and ignorance.  That's why facts and math hurt them - they don't believe in it.
Examples - Billions in tax benefits to billion dollar companies count as subsidies.  $200/mo to a single parent is welfare.  Subsidy = when we get it.  Welfare = when you get it.  Yet it's fundamentally the same thing - money from the government.
Gaymasher is having fun yelling at all of us about abortion - and he has a right to.  It's America.  The irony and hypocrisy I find with that is this - most of the pro-life people are pro-life because they staunchly believe their religion values all life and they want to live by what the Bible says.  That's fine. Once again, it's America.  But the hypocrisy lies in the fact that the Bible also tells us that prostitution is immoral (proverbs23:27-28); yet here is a guy on THIS board telling the rest of us how to live our lives.  He's probably on this board because he partakes in the hobby.  So, the hobby is ok, but abortion is not?  The Bible sure doesn't see it that way.  Once again - it's the hardcore rightie view of the world - it's only bad if we say it is.  And even then, it's only bad for you, not us (the GOP Congressman who had his mistress have an abortion).  Hypocrisy, thy name is GOP.
