At this point this shouldn't even sruprise anyone.  Speaking of Cheney lies today, while giving a speech to the blind sheep, Cheney stated that Saddam had ties to Al-Qaida.  Atleast Clinton had the decency to stop denying he didn't get a blowjob from Lewinsky after the blue dress turned up.  Cheney still can't stop lying about Saddam and Al-Qaida links.  Cheney is truly an insult to the institution and the office in particular!!

EV,  what I am really waiting for, is when the "gravy" in Iraq hits the fan even more, and the massive disaster around the corner we will be facing in Saudi Arabia, which is a direct consequence of our actions, will come home to roost, with the polls showing certain defeat for Bush in November what he will do!

I think he is going to claim the heavenly forces have asked him to dump Cheney, Rummy, and their neocon proteges!

The big difference is, Clinton did not take US to war in Iraq where the no bid contracts have been awarded.

BIG DIFFERENCE.

And Clinton did not have a monetary interest in Haliburton.

As a matter of standard practice, both the President and Vice-President have all of their assets put into blind trusts to ensure that their decisions while in office are not financially motivated! If you want to state opinions, that's one thing, but if you want to make these charges like they are fact, DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!

Cheney refused to release documents and was sued because of it since he was appointed VP.

What documents are you talking about? Do you mean the meeting notes with the energy companies?? If so, then you need to re-read my post because you are way off base...

Otherwise, which documents are you talking about??

Do your own research, you will find other things along the way that may sway your opinion of that administration.

Do you own research. I.E, you can't back up what you claim. Like Baloney once told me, BACK IT UP or admit you are wrong!!!

Im a conservative who has enough common sense to know that the modern day GOP RepubliCON cronies have as much to do with principled conservatism as OJ simpson has to do with the advance of womens rights.  Reagan was a conservative and a great leader while Bush and Cheney don't have enough gravitas to carry Reagan's left nut!!!!!
At that time of Kosovo, Cheney wasn't in the VP office coordinating contracts for his cronies at the objection of the army while telling the world he has no influence over, knowledge of, or financial interests in army contracts.  Now we know he is lying.  So please spare conservatives the smear of implying all of us are RepubliCONS.  Modern republiCONS are nothing more than the taliban wing of the extreme, senseless, radical right wing.
