My faith in young America is partly restored.

On Saturday, I attended a breakfast for local community business leaders. There was a larger group of mid to late 20's real estate professionals predominantly female In attendance.

Many topics up for discussion but one of which was the current and future predictions of the local real estate market in the area.  This topic obviously peaked their interest.

The question was asked, do you think the upcoming election (won either way) will have a profound effect on the future of the real estate market in our area and even beyond. Lots of concerns with Harris plan to build 14 kabillion homes came up. But one particular up and coming young real estate professional said that she felt like Kamala's plan was a disaster and that she was afraid it would just be Biden 2.0. (Her words) She went on to say that in the previous election she thought that Donald Trump was just a bad guy based on what she "heard"  and almost felt pushed to vote for Biden. She added that 2020 was her very first election that she had participated in.

She also mentioned that 2 years into the Biden years, she realized that she had made a mistake by voting the way she did and that this year she would vote for Trump because the state of her business depended on a strong and confident economy. The question was then presented to the other real estate professionals to see if anyone had a different view. Not a single one. In fact one after the other commented that they were afraid that Kamala would just be much of the same and challenged where she was planning on building all of these houses that she claimed she would add. Several repeated that they too voted Biden in 2020 but would not continue the same path with Harris.

I was quite shocked that many, if not all agreed with the first girl and said Harris was bad for business. But my faith was finally restored in the generation not far before mine. I was about to give up on them. I hope this train of thought extends nation wide.

I and others on this board have been saying for a long time that the economy is a shambles despite the gas lighting going on. the Average person in America today is HURTING financially. The see and continuation of that with a Harris Walz administration.

Simple as that.
