Very possible that many could be sued out of existence with a class action lawsuit.  Truth always wins.  Many people are going to be upset when they figured out what has been happening.  They are fighting for their lives and many things are about to be exposed. People are watching and waking up.

Trump has threatened everyone and everything everywhere that he will sue them for libel or slander or for accusing him of sexual misconduct (as have around 25 young women, not including Ivanka) or for welshing on a bet that Trump was sired by an orangutan. He has not sued any major newspaper for anything ... because he has no case.

Trump has not sued anyone writing and publishing books with damaging information based on their experiences with Trump: Omarosa claimed that Trump uses the N-word. Bolton. Michael Cohen. Mary Trump. Anonymous - A Warning.  And there are many more books by investigative journalists that bring attention to Trump's stupidity, cruelty, and other traits.

Trump has been involved with ~4000 lawsuits. It is one his pleasures to sue and harass people -- usually people with fewer resources who are unable to fight back. He can bully his high school and colleges (Fordham; U Penn) and the College Board (SATs) into not releasing his transcripts.  He can't bully major media corporations. He can't bully major publishing houses. He can't completely bully his way through the US Constitution with his self-declared unlimited powers that no one knew ever existed.

I originally misread that as "Trump always wins." Not only that, but Trump Never Settles ... NOT!
Trump University, Trump Foundation, another recent loss (lawyers' fees) to Stormy Daniels, illegal blocking of Twitter followers, Trump vs. O'Brien / TrumpNation author that said Trump lied about his wealth - and Trump made a fool of himself in sworn testimony trying to prove that he is basically worth as much as he thinks he is worth (the court didn't buy it), and the list of losses is getting bigger day by day. When Trump is out of office the list will grow faster with more losses from current and pending investigations.

I thought the GOP was the party of free enterprise and capitalism at its best.  Allowing market forces to freely and unabatedly, influence the market place without interference of government.  Oh, that's right, unless it is Trump, trying to massage his ego and hurt "true" billionaires.

If that is the case, then Trump is going down as soon as Biden is sworn in.  Biden's AG, Sally Yates, will rip Trump a new posterior.  Yes, I hope you are right about truth always winning.  Trump has a very steep price to pay.

professes to hiring only the very best, has so many of HIS, hires, writing books to call Trump out for his corrupt stupidity?  AND as you so articulately point out, if any of those authors were lying, Trump would have an excellent case for libel.  No libel suits against any of these authors to date.  Wondering why?  Because such law suits, would reveal way too much about Trump's pattern of corruption and lies along the way.

American people have been inoculated by Trump's disinformation campaign, centered on his constant cries of "fake news."  The new tactic is to claim law suits to evoke fear (which it seems, they are NOT doing), with the threat of law suits, which Trump will never follow through on.

Sounds like the guy in the guillotine just before the blade falls..
