….I’m up to my ass in compassion and have been the first day I was responsible for not only my paycheck but those of other men & women, most with families.  There’s many things I’ve gone without in life, Just to make sure that the payroll checks I’ve written we’re good.  And don’t throw any of that Obama “you didn’t build that“ bullshit either, I built my business working 80 hours a week for very little pay while paying others quite well. Now I am successful and my family of employees do very well as well.  “Bootstraps“ takes determination. accountability and motivation.  These are NOT things found in a persons DNA, they’re simply choices a person makes when they set a goal.
