It is in the U.S. constitution, the people must take up arms against a tyrant-foreign and domestic.

END OF MESSAGE

The last two paragraphs of the US Declaration of Independence contain these stirring words of purple prose, hauled out every July 4th for the edification of the unwashed masses and the hoi polloi:

 
" Nor have we been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred, to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends.

 
We, therefore, the representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by authority of the good people of these colonies, solemnly publish and declare, that these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be free and independent states; that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the state of Great Britain is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that, as free and independent states, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor. "

 
You MIGHT BE ABLE to torture the 9th and 10th Amendments into supporting the right to take up arms against tyranny, but good luck with that one.

“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."  

I think you MAY HAVE misidentified this famous quote from Thomas Jefferson, which DOES  NOT appear in the US Constitution:  

" The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure. Our Convention has been too much impressed by the insurrection of Massachusets: and in the spur of the moment they are setting up a kite to keep the hen yard in order. I hope in god this article will be rectified before the new constitution is accepted. "

That quote is from a letter to William Stephens Smith, the son-in-law of John Adams, in a letter dated November 13, 1787.

One of the reasons the Second Amendment was created was to ensure there would be an armed populace capable of rising up against a government that had become tyrannical. That is precisely what the radical right in America has been saying for years when arguing against gun control laws.
And let's also not forget that one reason the Southern States wanted the Second Amendment was to make it legal for local militias made up of armed citizens to put down slave insurrections.
Personally, I'm not in favor of violence but, as H. Rap Brown said, "Violence is a part of America's culture. It is as American as cherry pie."

in rural areas, the majority have given up their firearms long ago.  If they thought Trump was a tyrant worth an armed rebellion, Dems would buying firearms again.  

 
You don't need "armed citizens" to put down a "slave insurrection," just an experienced dominatrix with a few whips, restraints, a 12-volt battery and jumper cables.  

Don't let them frightened you about violence. America was founded on violence, America is maintained by violence. Violence is enshrined in the fabric of America. It is  only when it's againt them -  the tyrant, that they have a problem.

Even though the constitution was written by enslavers, opportunist, thieves rapist and murders, it is not the holy bible, and a lot of question can be asking why there is nothing in the constitution to send Trump to the gallows for January 6. If King Henry 8 was in charge today,traitor Trump head would be on a platter.  

Nonetheless the constitution  told us how a tyrant must be deal with . Impeachment is a total joke.
The question you should be asking is why don't they amend the constitution to add articles to deal with the perpetrator of say 'a January 6' - dumb Trump.

whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government.

A prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

When the people fear their government there is tyranny:When the government fears the people there is liberty.
