Does anyone really want to be Secretary of State? ...

First 3 assignments: (a) get Mexico to pay for that wall; (b) get NATO, Russia & China to tear up that piece of paper on Iran Nuclear Deal; (c) get Asian nations & Eurasian Russia to agree to let Japan develop nuclear weapons.
If you fail, "you're fired".

You'd have to be barking mad to want to be secretary of anything in the Trump administration. Partisanship has nothing to do with it.

No matter how stupid I think Trump is, I don't feel that this would ever be encouraged. But along these lines why do world leaders keep feting the Dali Lama? He wants to bring back a theocracy in Tibet at all costs. How many of his supporters followed him into India and now find themselves unemployed and unwelcome in any possible return to their native homeland? In the meantime he gets fat at all the banquets and five star hotels he frequents. How about that old adage that if you're going to talk the talk, be prepared t walk the walk

He & 2 monks took the food and paid by a $50 bill. They waited and held up the line.
The cashier said, "Anything else I can help?"
DL: "I'm waiting for change."
Cashier: "Your holiness, I learned from your teachings that change...only comes from within."

Romney, continues to let Trump and his surrogates humiliate him, just so he might get the job. Though I didn't vote for him, I had respect for him. No more!

and it's something I said from the beginning of the primaries.

The reason Trump won is that he doesn't give a fuck whether you respect him or not. You would have respected virtually every losing candidate the GOP could have thrown in the ring more than Trump, but every one of them would have lost. Trump didn't want your respect, he wanted to win, and win he did. I am sure both he and Romney will do just fine without your respect and the respect of the rest of the whiny losers.

So, Trump went on his victory, oops I mean Thank you tour, because he doesn't care what people think of him. No, he missed the clamoring crowds of the campaign rallies, because he's a flaming narcissist.

P.S. Are you PWI again?  ;)

I didn't say Trump didn't care what "people" think about him, I was using the word "you" in it's proper manner, as in "Trump doesn't care what YOU think about him"

Sorry Mattgina, Trump is the exact opposite of what you and the outgoing administration wants for this country. Trump wants this country to have balls again, while you, Hillary and Obama want to apologize to the rest of the world for having kicked their asses over the last two hundred years and would love to give the rest of the world a "do over" if they could.

PS, are you stupid again?

Rhetorical question, no need to answer.

He wants everyone to to think highly of him! And, why did he want to win? Not because he wants to perform the office of President, but merely for the prestige. That's why Pence will be performing the office of president, while Trump will act as King! And, that is exactly what he offered Kasich, but he was too smart to fall for it. Too bad you're not half as smart as he. Trump just loves the adoration of the clamoring crowds, and the spotlight being constantly trained on him! ;)

P.S. I do not take serious, someone who is calling me stupid, when they themselves voted for Trump! ;)

See what he does?  He picks on a word like "you," which he says "you" read wrong.  In fact, it can be read two ways: literally as "you = matt," or as "you=one."  The latter of which is the way most people would read it.  But that doesn't matter to the President of the Pedantic Putz Society when he's trying (feebly) to score a point.
GaGa, were you also president of your high school debating team? LMAO!
