He doesn't know that Bundy did not seize control of the land from the government or any other landowner.  He merely USED THE LAND for cattle grazing and did not charge the government anything for improving fire safety in the area by having his cattle clear out the dead grass.  At the end of the day, the BLM backed down, and he is still using the land for grazing to this day.  You're too stupid to know its apples and oranges.
