BTW, maybe you should read it for yourself, ie, the War Powers Resolution (1973), which states that the President may, on his authority, send American troops into battle, without a declaration of war, ONLY after notifying and with the approval of Congress, except  in the case of an attack upon the US.
Even Bush complied with this law prior to going into Iraq.

Only in a liberal's mind is that "extreme".   I had to sign something allowing my kid to go out for the field hockey team- but a medical procedure with potential major physical and psychological ramifications? Planned Parenthood knows what's best for your daughter, not the actual parents.  But make sure you can sue the fuck out of a school if they give a kid a cough drop.

You kid would not have gotten pregnant in the first place. In many cases stupid parents make the situation worse for their kids. IMHO many so called parents have no business being parent.

So all minors who get pregnant do so only because of not getting enough parental guidance??  No other possible reason?? All of those parents are officially at fault!!   And your solution would then be to give the minors even less parental guidance on abortions and let them make this decision on their own.  Well, with the help of a former DMV employee.

But make sure they still need parental consent to get their ears pierced.
