...A photojournalist is facing 60 years in prison for being in the middle of Inauguration Days protests.  He live streamed the protest and now the government is using his own video to prosecute him.  He's a small fish but if it goes Trump's way, he could work his way up to prosecuting the Woodwards and Bernsteins, creating a chilling effect on our First Amendment rights.  Of course, as long as righties get to cling to their guns, they won't give a shit.
