Fox News interviews are always softer on Dems than other networks are on Republicans.

Yeah, he'll ask her pointed questions, but not the "gotcha's" that Dem's love to spring on Republicans.  And he won't challenge Kamala if she avoids answering.

He ducked another one. This after his 39 minutes just swaying to music at a town hall where he was supposed to be taking questions. While people walked out. This despite his staff posting on his teleprompter "Please take two more questions."
He didn't.

The Q&A portion of the event was ended early when two attendees had medical emergencies and were being treated. Trump went to music and finished the event by going into the crowd and signing autographs.

He seems to have missed the part where Trump's staff desperately (and unsuccessfully) tried to get him back on track by sending him teleprompter messages asking him to please take more questions. But he was so out to lunch he either didn't see it or ignored it.

Earth to Fester: it was supposed to be a Town Hall Meeting, with questions from the audience. For some unfathomable reason (dementia?) Trump veered off script and stopped answering questions, instead swaying to the music for more than 1/2 hour. If Harris or Biden did this you'd be chewing on the scenery and howling that they were insane.
Fester is an arch partisan hack.

Not unfathomable. Actually it was clearly explained. Two medical emergencies in the crowd. Trump called an audible and the crowd loved it.  As Lester has already pointed out, can you imagine Biden or Harris calling an audible? Guaranteed disaster.
