The Biden camp is obviously behind the debate rule change that mutes the mic of each candidate while the other has two uninterrupted minutes to speak, among other changes designed to stack the deck in favor of Biden of course.

 
What the Biden handlers seem to have forgotten is that this will force poor old senile Joe to actually speak for two minutes at a time without a net. Trump did him a HUGE favor last time by constantly interrupting him, this time we are likely to have 119 seconds of Biden drooling all over himself, and yes this is partly "wishful thinking" but it's hardly unlikely to happen.
