If the democrats thought Joe and kamala were going to take office on 1/20/2021.  

How come

1. Hillary Clinton did not congratulate them, instead bash the electoral college ?

 
2. Kamala Harris has not given up her senate seat ?

1) Hillary Clinton DID congratulate Biden and Harris, see the link below or just google for more, dimwit.
2) Harris has not given up her Senate seat because Congress is still in session and she may need to vote on a Covid relief package or other business.
I'd say you should seek help but you can't fix stupid.
