You’d think that the State Department would have at least one person fluent in Russian. . .

Especially given that there new head is the smartest woman ever in politics. They gave the Russians a present to symbolically represent “Resetting” our relationship. Only problem is that it wasn’t labeled “Reset” in Russian. Instead it was labeled “Overcharge”. The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov wasted no time explaining the mistake to the entire gathering. Some new friends. We need to follow this up right away with another photo op.
