ROFL.....While speaking at Kansas State University, Rumsfeld allowed questions from the audience. A gentleman asks of Rumsfeld "If you were going to give yourself a letter grade for your performance as Secretary of Defense, what letter would that be?"

Rumsfeld replies "Oh, I'd let history worry about that", while casually scratching his nose - with the middle finger.

Please pardon my techonological impcompetence, or I would link you directly to the news story, but for those who would like to see the outgoing SecDef flipping off a civilian, I caught the clip in a news story on CNN titled "Strategy Shift For IRaq?"
