very carefully, grasshopper.  The poster suggested, he was not "focusing" on color.  Any intelligent, fair minded person, would easily conclude, he was referring to mind set.

The OP, in a nut shell, was implying those who believed OJ was innocent, share the same mind set, Trump supporters are burdened with.

Please try to use the third grade reading skill, commonly called inference.  Not a very complicated matter, honestly.

I read it just fine but your premise was so incredibly faulty, I took it on and crushed it. The racial aspect I mentioned destroyed your point, so that is why you didn’t want it discussed. Duh.

You basically said, “class, what is 3 plus two…but you CANT say five!” That's just dumb hyper, but I can see why Dunce bought into it. LOL

Now moving on...tell us which Trumps supporters here are OJ supporters. If your theory is correct, this should be easy to to do.

Let me help you with your survey. I support Trumps policies but I am not an OJ supporter.  So far you are 0-1 but I await your completed poll with great eagerness. :)

You really should have went with "Yeah Jack, I PUI'd." lol

But I got his point rather easily.  Those who lack the ability of critical and abstract thinking, like most Trump supporters would have a problem with it.  To use a term originally applied to Steve Jobs, (but in a much different manner)  it’s a reality distortion field that clouds the typical Trump supporter into believing they are not being conned and ripped off.

sell yourself short.  Am new here and have not read any of your other posts, but this one spells it out rather clearly and is in total alignment with something I posted just a moment ago.

The question is, are they REALLY misguided by Trump's distortion of reality?   Or, are they just as corrupt as he is and complicit in all he does?

PLUS any claim you make about the economy rests solely on he foundation the previous administration bravely built, in the face of hard core political zealots who were out to obstruct, no matter the damage to the American people.

Will definitely give you props, though.  P.T. Barnum would be quite proud of you!  You have taken Trump's bait and swallowed hook, line, AND sinker.

Giving any president credit (or blame) for the economy while he is in office needs specific justifying evidence.  Otherwise it amounts to nothing more than a post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy.
.
But good luck with that.  Peruse the Internet and there are learned treaties on both sides of whether stimulus packages work or not -- many pointing out that Obama had the weakest economic recovery from a recession in history.

I am sure you saw the vid I posted about his "shovel ready jobs" fiasco. lol

Dunce will have no answers as to any real growth policies under Obama because, being a community organizer, he didnt understand the economy and what incentivizes job creators like myself.

Libs will run to "but Jack, JACK, the economy didnt fall into a depression! What about that Jack?????"

And the obvious answer is you cant prove a negative but that wont stop the Left from implying so. Even if he did, and I must admit it is certainly possible his actions helped in that endeavor, what does that have to do with growth?

Saving the economy from economic peril is not even close to allowing it to thrive.

Trump put in common sense economic polices which have spurred job creators and given us confidence to take out loans, build out our business, take on more salary, increase current salary, hand out bigger bonuses, etc

So those policy achievements are not JUST seen in the economic data but the polling of the actual people whose lives are benefiting them.

I sit on a business board in the one town where one of my business is located. Made up of mostly Republicans and Independents but there are several liberal guys there as well. Good guys, friends of mine.

They cant stand Trump and all his shenanigans. They voted for Hillary. But ask them if they want a change at POTUS based on economic reasons and they would ALL say no. FUCK NO, to be more accurate.

There are reasonable liberals out there that understand how Washington DC policy can affect their business; sadly people like Obama and Once are not among them.

He has reduced my taxes

###. Not mine,  They went up as they did for over 10 million middle class Americans, mostly in California and New York’

He has reduced regulations on my businesses
 ### At the cost of environmental and consumer protections.  His record on construction safety has put us back to the 19th Century.

He has appointed right wingers to the judiciary
 ### Many of whom were found unqualified by the ABA.  Is it really good for Americans to to have incompetent judges?

Destroyed the ISIS caliphate
###. Not true.  The Kurds did that for us under agreements with the Obama administration.  Trump fucked them and it looks like Syria and Turkey are going to war.  Trump has made things worse.

Restored our relationship with Israel
###. There was never anything wrong with our relationship with Israel.  Trump made the Israel/Palestinian situation far worse than it was.

 GDP is up
###. Thank you President Obama for creating an economy that has withstood Trumps uninformed meddling.

Wages are up
Not  by much and certainly not to the level of a living wage for the lowest of earners.  Many must work two or three jobs and are still homeless

Quality jobs are up
No they are not.  Quality manufacturing jobs have moved overseas because corporations used their tax cuts for stock buy backs, profit taking for shareholders and expansion overseas.

 Utility bills are down
No they are not.  They have actually gone up for most Americans.

 Consumer optimism is up
## It was in 2017.  It tanked because of Trumps stupid trade wars

 Business optimism is up
###  Not really.  If you look at the inverted bond yields and the glut of tender offers coming down the pike many businesses are preparing for the recession that is on the horizon.

Soleimani is dead
Thereby alienating millions of Iranians who were formerly pro American and wanted  a change.  Soleimani was actually helping us defeat ISIS and was widely seen by state department professionals as at least an opportunity to open a dialogue with Iran.   No chance of that now. They strongly advised a wait and see approach.  There was no evidence whatsoever that he was in Iraq to attack Americans.  If he was, we would not have known he was there.   Once again Trump made things worse in the Middle East.  But he was so jealous that Obama got OBL so Trump acted recklessly.

60% of the people say they are better off under Trump than Obama

### This is bullshit.  Only multi millionaires say that.  Middle and lower class people do not.

3 out of 4 Americans say the economy is good or great .
###Again thank you President Obama

90% of people are happy in their persona lives
###This is total bullshit.  I have no idea where you got this statistic from and I suspect you just made it up

So it appears you are as much of a TRump Kool aid drinker as the rest of them.  Thank you. For proving our point.

You make it up as you go along.  And you pound your chest as if there is one iota of truth to your bull shit.  You are well versed at spouting GOP talking points, I will give you that.  Can tell you watch Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh regularly.  You sound exactly like them.

Plain and simple, if Obama would have let the auto industry collapse and allowed all of our banking institutions to go bankrupt, we would still be digging out.  Growth policies?  Are you a complete moron?  Growth policies in the middle of the mess Obama inherited?  That would be like telling a person on life support, to get up and run a marathon.   Clearly you did not put much thought into your post, Hack.   Shame on you!

Do some research, not one of your websites that spew conspiracy theories.  Clearly, Obama inherited the worst recession in our nation's history, on par with the 1929 depression.  Ask one of your grandchildren to share their freshman econ101 textbook with you.  The facts do not lie.  You have a difficult time with the truth.  You really hate Obama that much?

Hack, you are disappointing me.  Thought you may have at least ONE clue you could share.  Trump's policies are clearly geared at receiving a healthy economy from the previous administration AFTER that economy had to be nursed back to heath.  If Trump would have been in Obama's place we would all still be in a terrible mess.

Go tell those poor family farmers who went bankrupt thanks to Trump's "sound policies."  These same family farmers watched my tax dollars go to mega corporation farming entities while the little guy went bust.  You can quote GOP talking points all you want but it is all a crock.

You continue to fool yourself and try so hard to back it up with science fiction.  You are only fooling yourself Hack.

Yes, Trump IS a master con man, but it did not take his best effort to con Hack.  Like P.T. Barnum would say; "a sucker is born every minute."  He was talking about Hack.

Just wait until Trump's time bombs (brilliant economic policies) start exploding, one by one.  Like musical chairs, Trump will be long gone, sitting safely in one of those chairs when the music stops, and could care less about anybody else, let alone the American people.

are trying very hard.  Noticed you are putting more thought into your posts and more time into researching "conspiracy theory" websites.

Your cohorts choose to use the stock market as a frame of reference, without any idea how it truly reflects the health of our economy or affects the average American.  Unlike you, I will cave and show you some hard core evidence which you will clearly ignore.

As a result of the mess Obama inherited; the stock price of Morgan Stanley dropped to less than $5.00/share then rose to over $40/share, General Motors stock dropped to $0 and rose to just under $40/share, and Bank of America dropped to less than $10/share and rose to almost $50/share by the end of Obama's second term.  The broader market, ok, Hack, the DOW dropped to just over 7,000 and rose to about 18,000, during the same time.

Go ahead, Hack, keep your head in the sand, keep gravitating to that alternate reality of yours.  But even using your irrelevant perspective you are WRONG AGAIN!

Not trying to diminish the importance of your business, promise.  Apologize if you took it that way.  Clearly, your effort to clean up your neighborhood by hiring more of your grandchildren to help you pick up aluminum cans IS noteworthy.  Yep you did find the condition of our economy positive enough to hire two more people.  You can thank Obama for getting us back on the right track.   Confident, the members of your community businessman's board also appreciate your efforts.

But Hack, I can not continue to educate you for free.  Even one with very little common sense would have gotten it by now.  After you wake up and stop accepting every false claim and rumor spread by the three amigos, (Trump, Hannity, and Limbaugh) you will have taken one small step towards independent thinking.

We follow that one pretty close on this Board and I don’t recall it ever getting to almost  50 in the Obama years. I think 54 or so is the all time high and that was before the recession. I got in BOA in the upper 40s pre recession and was just killed when it dropped below 10.  Had to buy frantically under 10 to bring my ACPS to around 13 where I finally got out years later. Not sure it has done any better than the mid 30s since then and didn’t pay a DD for years. If it did spike to the 50s I missed it.

Very painful experience.

His very first post under the name “once…..” was on 12/15/20.
On 12/29/20 he posted on a board that requires a guy to have at least 10 reviews.

There is no way that in two weeks he submitted and had 10 reviews approved.

I do not give a shit that he or anyone uses an alias but the fact that he keeps on bringing up and emphasizing he is new tells me that he is afraid of someone and or something and is running and trying to hide.  He is running scared.

If you notice he has not replied to any of my post in this regard because he knows he has been caught and cannot worm out of it , not even using his phony "holier than thou" persona.

BAC was a particularly corrupt institution that was sued by the government many times. Under Obama, the fines and penalties amounted to over US$91 billion. That could have cramped the recovery of their share price:
Foreclosure Settlement, : 11.8 B
Fannie Mae Settlement: 11.2 B
FHFA: 9.5 B
DoJ: 16.5 B
.
There were other smaller cases settled for fewer billions or only 10s or 100s of millions as well as private lawsuits to recover damages caused by BAC's complicity in the 2007-2008 crash.

Very familiar with BAC and lost more than my share of money here and on C.  But my intent was to get a certain, one brain cell, poster from the "crew" to take the bait.  Looks like it worked.  He gladly went off on a tangent.

Seems there are a few, self-proclaimed geniuses who for some reason don't think the recession of 2008 was a big deal.  Nor are they willing to accept the Spartan effort by Obama to put the fire out.  Won't ask them where they went to grad school, as they wouldn't tell you the truth anyway.  But am guessing it must have been Trump U.  Apparently they get their info from Trump, Hannity, and Limbaugh.  Enough said.

One of the "crew" expressed their gratitude to Trump's policies and how Trump helped him borrow money and hire a couple of new employees.  But between you and I, how much could he have needed to borrow, to hire his two grandchildren to help him pick up aluminum cans.  He also mentioned business leaders in his community were appreciative of the impact his aluminum can pickup business had on improving the image of his neighborhood.  At least that sounds like the truth.

Thank you for your post.  Clearly BAC was responsible for more than their share of foreclosures, here in New York.
