Corruption & fraud is what happened in 2000. The networks just couldn't say so. (EOM)

I am not a big believer in most polls, but this site:

www.electoral-vote.com

seems to be more reasonable. Read their FAQ. It changes everyday, but today:

Kerry: 273, Bush: 233

Let's sing it together!

The American public is too smart to be fooled again!

In fact Bush himself said it best!!!

"There's an old saying in Tennessee. I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee ... that says: 'Fool me once, shame on ... shame on you. Fool me ... you can't get fooled again."

Too early to celebrate for a number of reasons but I love the
added information and it's presentation.

so on and so forth have Kerry in an uncontrolled FREEFALL, and this website has Kerry kicking ass?

He's giving midnight panic speeches about insults that really never happened, he's got Dan Rather looking under his bed for dirt on Bush (only to get a face full of shit), but yet he is really winning?

He's got lawyers working round the clock to stop the Swifties, but yet in their book they challenge Kerry to sue them for libel or slander if he wants... but all these lawyers and no libel or slander lawsuits?

I am encouraged though, there are still 7 weeks until the election for people to get to know the real John Kerry, if there is one.

Hey, what the fuck happened to Teresa Condiments Kerry?  Are they hiding her from the American people?  You bet your ass they are!

At least the person that started this thread did that.  If you are going to contest the conclusion that he drew from his link, then you should provide links that prove your point.

First, here is evidence showing how biased the site you reference is...

http://mypetjawa.mu.nu/archives/039772.php

Next, here is a much better source for more realistic numbers. BTW, you might be suprised to see that it is in line with all of the major polls...

http://www.electionprojection.com/elections2004.html

If you want to keep believing your site, by all means, please do so, then you can sound like the major networks after the last election wondering "What the f**k happened?"

I think the point to remember is that these electoral vote maps
are much more informative than any general poll.

No one for a second believes in the electoral vote tallys at
this point - on either site - since some of the polls showing
a leader are within the margin of error!

USA Today poll:  52% Bush, 45% Kerry
Time poll: 52% Bush, 41% Kerry
New York poll: 52% Bush, 41% Kerry

I guess we always like and believe the polls that show our man ahead.  You just have to work a little harder to find current polls showing Kerry leading.
