Correct, GaGam, IMHO, the choices presented to us in 2008 are comparable to...

WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE GREATEST AND MOST POWERFUL NATION ON THIS PLANET IN AT LEAST 2000 YEARS, DESERVE BETTER CHOICES FOR LEADERSHIP THAN AN AGING OPPORTUNIST AND HIS "TROPHY" RUNNING MATE, OR AN EMPTY SUIT FILLED OUT BY THE HOT AIR BLOWING FROM HIS RUNNING MATE.

Those do not sound like viable choices to me.

Give me someone with gravitas, substance, experience and the testicular fortitude to stand up and speak the unspeakable truths we need to hear in order to get off our collective fat asses of selfishness and complacency.

My vote is not wasted or thrown away. It is being squandered by the two party system that instills nothing but contempt in our populace.

I am undecided, however I know once I decide ,I will be voting for one of the biggest flip floppers of all time..
I can actually think of positives and negatives from either one of the two, not so smart, choices.

I can NOT in good conscience support either candidate. This is nothing different than I have been saying since the primaries were decided.

Why more people do not exercise the write-in option is beyond me.

You will never get anyone elected president with write in's.

I don' particularly like either of the two choices myself but, will vote for the lesser of two evils. I do believe BHO to be very evil!!

So that he can promote the idea that a good candidate, or an alternative idea could get some traction.  If enough people voted for "the one that can't win", they'd win.

I'm still trying to get my son's stuffed animal on the ballot.  It's vastly more qualified (and ethical) than either of the mainstream candidates.

I think he wants to throw his "choice" of candidates away.

Personally, my vote for McCain is more of a vote for gridlock than anything else. Sad state of affairs isn't it?
