Core problems for the GOP

1. Their overwhelming demographic, conservative white Christians, no longer make up a majority in the U.S. 2. Party has gone too far to the populist right, out of the mainstream, spurred on by right-wing media, the tail that has wagged the GOP dog for a long time. The party establishment seems to be dead at the current time.

Possible upshot of this : Dems take the White House, Senate & Supreme court in the election.

Or maybe not. We'll see.

Brown Americans as they integrate into our society and start doing better and better for themselves figure out just how badly the Dems are fucking them and taking them for granted and the GOP gradually becomes the party of the working black, brown, yellow and white Americans who take the party back from the religious fruitcakes who have run it for so long and abandon the Democratic Party that has lied to them and tried to control them for so long in the process.

Or maybe not, We'll see.

Let's see who fucks it up, enabling another party to seize power for a generation. One thing not in doubt: the House firmly remains in GOP hands till the 2020 census. After that, who knows, I'm not a fucking psychic-----------LOL

They may be the beginning of the end of the stranglehold the two major parties have had on US Politics for as far back as any of us can remember.

In the unlikely possibility that happens, I'll vote for Bernie, but a warning to my fellow progressives: IF that happens, Trump will kick his ass. Time for some in the progressive community to wake the fuck up.

Like him or not, everyone would be wise to accept the fact that Trump could very well win, not only the nomination, but the GE as well.

I find it ironic that after 8 years of watching the GOP get it all wrong in the primaries, the Dems are acting just like the GOP of 2008 and '12. They are dragging Hillary further and further to the left, so far left she may never be able to come back close enough to center to win, even if she doesn't implode before November.
