invented the welfare state to keep Blacks from advancing.  A black woman can make more having three kids and staying home that she can working.  If she has five, she cleans up.  If she throws her husband out and becomes a single mom, she gets even more.  By disincentivizing blacks from working, the Dems keep them on government support and voting for Dems to keep that support coming.  Never mind the catastrophic effect it has on young black men to not have a father in the house and have to turn to the local gang leaders for an example of what a man should be like.
