Has anyone ever noticed all the amazing things that have happened throughout history on this day? April 19th and April 20th are both very strange days, indeed. Consider the following.

April 19th, 1775: The first battles at Lexington and Concord are fought, marking the beginning of the American Revolution.

April 20th, 1889: Adolf Hitler is born in Braunau, Austria.

April 20th, 1914: Over 40 striking coal miners and their familes were murdered by the Colorado state militia while sleeping in tents, in an event that would later be known as the Ludlow Massacre.

April 19th, 1933: FDR ends the gold standard in the USA.

April 19th, 1993: ATF agents battle (some might say slaughter) David Koresh and his followers at their compound in Waco, Texas.

April 19th 1995: Tim McVeigh bombs a federal building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, killing 167 people.

April 20th, 1999: Two students kill 12 classmates and a teacher at Columbine High School.

Freaky. Anyone else ever noticed this?

and only 365 days in a year. No, I don't find any of this freaky, or even the least bit surprising.

I think you as a stoner are just interested in 4-20. lol
