I think the chances are very high that we get another Government shutdown thus crippling TSA operations at major airports around the country and Immigration/Border control activity at all our national borders and other entry points. The third shutdown could be just the charm for Republicans who were blamed for initiating Government shutdowns in 1995-1996 and in 2013. Is this not the very definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

As in any legal matter, one usually goes with the counsel given. I'm quite willing to believe the counsel, at the time, told him he didn't have the authority. I guess his last counsel suggests otherwise. I guess that's why those lawyers get paid the big bucks!

Clearly the Dems do not care about the safety and well being of the American people and the country itself.  
   
Why can't the Dems have the professionalism, courage integrity and honor to work with and cooperate with in good faith the Republicans who want nothing but the best for the country and the people.  
   
It appears that the, obama, immigration executive order will be declared illegal anyway, so why must the Dems. cause so much pain and suffering of the American people.  
   
Let's hope the Dems realize the damage they are about to do and for once do the right thing and vote for and  fund DHS as the bill is.
