Now unlike the stupid ignorant left I’m not calling for impeachment of the offending justices. However they should issue a public apology in writing and have it placed in the public record. But those two do not have the professionalism, courage honor or integrity to do so.

The idea was first surfaced by Justice Sotomayor as a hypothetical during oral arguments over the immunity issue. She never suggested they'd do it. The fact that you and SwallowMeat are so outraged simply shows that you righties are, as always, easily triggered snowflakes and LOVE to play the outrage game.

Even if  soytomayor used it as a hypothetical is irrefutably beyond the pale.
She is a learned or is supposed a learned person so to be using those kind of examples or hypotheticals is conduct  unbecoming that of an associate Justice of the Supreme Court. She could have and should have come up with something much more reasonable.

Also the same applies to jackson brown with the poison comments that are just as bad.

 
But as a hyper partisan mega hack you will of course not admit it.

"Official duties" is the keyword.  This unprecedented and it will set up Trump to go after folks for not doing "Official duties" while in office.  He is going to try to get revenge from what I am seeing.

Non Official duties would be Obama giving cash to Iran without congress approval.  Hillary Clinton server selling secrets to China.  Spygate of Trump during election in 2016.  Uranium one scandal that Hillary Clinton was involved in.  Russia gate.
