I think Livelsberge had PTSD. Perhaps he was making a statement to Trump about his dislike for Elon Musk. Who knows. I saw something on X where he had messaged his ex and was happy he rented a Cyber Truck and was excited and happy to be driving it.  

It's a noun.  To "Faze" is a verb meaning to "disturb or disconcert."
It's like your "phase" of being a raging anarchist/leftist.

I haven't read the linked articles yet, but I just want to remind folks that the man arrested with a rifle in the bushes at Trump's golf course in Florida was a Trump supporter. He was angry at Trump for lying to the voters and breaking so many of his campaign promises.
