There is nothing new or shocking there. The pertinent question is what results would have been overturned if it were a more precise election and the answer is "none."
order a recount of the unlawful ballots because only the narrow issue of legality was before them. Now that they have ruled, if some candidate thinks they got the green banana because of the illegal actions by the SOS or the Gov in these states, then that would have to be a separate issue. They would have to petition the SOS for a recount first, excluding the ballots that court said were unlawful, and if the state refused, then they bring a suit in federal court to compel compliance with the state court's findings.
