Trump has bragged about taking the really hard Montreal Cognitive Assessment test (well, the first few questions are EASY, but THEN they get really, really hard) and has repeatedly claimed it is 30 or 35 QUESTIONS. (Well, Mr. Best Memory in the World, which is it? 30 or 35?).  He even claimed that HE asked his doctor to give him a mental acuity test to prove how smart he is. (I'd like to hear from the doctors about WHO did the asking.)

The MCA is actually a 30 POINT test that is administered in about 10 minutes.  There are youtubes and other articles about the MCA test that long predate Trump's much publicized test results.

We don't know (yet) which version of the MCA Trump was given. In many news reports, a version of the test with an elephant as an animal to be identified by name has been shown. I think it is only fair to note that SOME versions of the MCA have different animals, such as a rhinoceros. I think that every Trump supporter will agree that rhinoceros is MUCH harder to say than elephant.  Very few people know that.

Note that Trump was probably eligible for an additional point based on the "Add 1 point if less than or equal to 12 years of education" but he refuses to allow release of his transcripts.
