This letter was forwarded to me by a friend working for an auto insurance company. Obvious Racism aside; it would indicate that the “natives are getting restless”

OK ********** Insurance, you asked for it, you get it.
For the fourth time in less than ten years I was rear-ended by a stinking, smelly rancid illegal wetback. And a typical one at that, just like the other three: No drivers license, no registration, no ID, and of course no insurance or deniro. He probably spent it all on drugs that he peddles like the rest of these bambozos from the whorehouse of North America, also known as TJ Mexico.
I was legally sitting in traffic on ********* Blvd minding my own business in the early evening about 6:00pm when the beaner comes right through the intersection on a red light and smashed into my rear bumper, causing my car to lunge forward and smash into the SUV in front of me. The driver of the SUV was also a Mex, but at least she spoke English. The driver of the car that caused the collusion just grunted. Maybe that’s why everyone calls them immigrunts, that’s about all they can do is grunt, other than pick oranges off the trees. Takes a lot of brains to do that.
The cost to repair my vehicle was over $1,900 and I had a $1,000 deductible. Unlike **** ******* the insurance company I was using at the time (*****) had not mentioned anything about the deductible waiver, so I ended up eating the extra $1,000 to have my car fixed. I believe **** ******* insurance pretty much automatically adds that provision in. I think ***** Insurance is a New Jersey company so perhaps did not know we have fifty million illegals that can’t drive worth a damn, reproduce like cockroaches, and none ever have auto insurance even though it is a California law. So much for our laws.
As for property damage to the wetback’s Chevy car, I don’t know and certainly don’t care. He was required to report the accident to Sacramento just like I was required to do. Fat chance of him reporting it.

Should I assume quad' that you ALWAYS leave 40+ feet between you and the car ahead while crawling along in heavy bumper to bumper urban traffic? In LA you'd never get to an appointment on time, possibly receive a ticket for obstructing the flow of traffic, or have an enraged movie icon smashing your windshield with a golf club.
while I do not live on a border state, my mom did.... and this DID happen to her.

Yes in many states ...I don't know what the laws are in all states ...In many states if you hit the driver in front because of a rear end collision you can be cited for following too close..It makes sense to me as if you weren't following too close you would NOT have hit the person in front..Ignorance of the Law is no excuse.
name me ONE state where, if you are at a dead stop, and pushed into the vehicle ahead, that you are at fault.
In fact, I'll settle for any state where that's true if you're moving.
A vehicle code citation will do, Quad.
Virginia is one of the States with such a law..

Now, you want to tell us what states hold people responsible for involuntary and unforeseeable actions caused by the impact of a motor vehicle?

Why don't you ask a attorney if he has ever defended someone who was sitting at a light 1 foot away from the vehicle in front and a car smashed them in the rear and they hit the car in front..I am not talking of someone going forty five and moving a stopped car 24 feet..I am talking of a low impact rear end that causes you to hit the car in front..all because you were in fact following too close..Case closed

If you somehow think that our government can stem the flow you are mistaken. Both parties pander to immigrants, plus immigrants want what you and I have and I can’t blame them. Rather than worry about something that you have no control over, accept the fact they are here and coming and move on with your life. Besides, most immigrants are good for the country.

What I do not support is the illegal immigration. no matter the country of origin. The original post hightlights only ONE of the many problems associated with Illegal immigration.... another is the failure of large parts of the immigrants now to assimilate. while it is true many of the immigrants in the past failed to learn english, they forced their kids to learn English... now? as a society - we don't and are rapidly moving to a society that is divided by language....
And in the case of some ? allegiance... to the country and its laws....

Guess what, that same thing would have happening if it was anyone else. This last summer I had someone run a red light and smack into me causing over 3000 dollars damage. Guess what again she had no insurance even tho its required. Aside from getting a ticket for running the light nothing happened to her for not having insurance. I and my insurance company paid for it. They are trying to collect but I'm not expecting anything. It just seems the cops don't get excited very much if someone doesn't have insurance anymore.

In Va they take it seriously if you are driving without insurance..They used to have something called uninsured motorists fee and the last time I saw the number it was around 400 a year..I am not sure but I think uninsured fee is no longer a option..
If they can put you away for life for having a maryjane seed I can't see why you shouldn't spend a year in the slammer for not having auto insurance!
