Hey thanks for proving your own point wrong a second time. Once again, this is how real diplomacy works when it comes to dealing with terrorist states who seek to develop nuclear capability. You start at the diplomatic level, make the pre-conditions clear and negotiate until they are met. Then and ONLY then does a high level official such as the Sec'y of State actually meet with leaders of that country.

Hmmmm, what happened not long ago? Oh yeah, N. Korea destroyed their cooling tower, and have demonstrated to UN inspectors that their nuclear program has halted, and is being dismantled.

Bush, through diplomacy, sanctions, and with the help of China is in the process of seeing NK completely dismantle their nuclear program. But the progress doesn't end there. I suspect you probably aren't even aware that limited trade has resumed between North and South Korea. I suspect you are probably also unaware that South Korea is poised to begin construction of a major rail system that will connect North and South Korea. Both steps having been brokered by the United States.

Please, stop trying to talk about things you know nothing about.
