Fetterman is wearing EXACTLY what he's always worn since long BEFORE he had a stroke. So why did he dress like that then? In fact, he dresses just like a lot of MAGA people. Trump even made fun of how his people dressed.

Fetterman makes some remarks or comments that are, sort of, inside jokes. It's as if he is talking one on one with the interviewer instead of addressing the entire viewing audience. Interviewers are, generally, well informed and know what Fetterman means when he makes a wisecrack about ding-a-ling pics.

Fetterman was elected mayor of Braddock and then elected Lt. Governor of PA before being elected as US Senator from PA. He was Lt. Gov in 2020 when:

The reason, willy, is that suits are fucking uncomfortable. I had to wear them for work for years and when I stopped working I swore I never would wear them again. That was over 25 years ago and I haven't worn a suit and tie since, no matter the occasion.
Congress is so fucking backwards that women weren't allowed to wear sleeveless dresses and open toed shoes until 2017.
