Huntergate is about two things: privilege and sleaze... President Biden and many members of the media lecture us incisively about the injustice of privilege. But to me, that's like being lectured about gun safety by Alec Baldwin
President Biden is a good family man who talks to six of his seven grandchildren. He loves his son so much he calls into his son’s business meetings to talk about the weather. And if you believe that, you’ll never own a home.

talked a little slow, like many from rural areas, but that doesn't mean he's stupid.  However, I think RFKJr was an attorney general at some point, so making a comparison like this is a stretch, even by your notably lax standards.

RFK, Jr. is someone else (the half-addled son of the late RFK and erstwhile candidate for President). This Kennedy is John N. Kennedy from Louisiana. Also, he never was an attorney general at ANY point. He ran for the office but got only around 20% of the vote.
So YOUR comparison demonstrates not merely LAX standards but no standards at all.
As for his being smart, I don't actually doubt it but his corn pone sense of humor makes him SEEM even dumber than Jed.
But NOT dumber than you. LOL.

FIRST, the OP was about Senator John Neely Kennedy of Louisiana, NOT RFK Jr.
SECOND, RFK Jr. is not now nor ever was a senator.  Also, RFK Jr. never was an attorney general.  His father was the Attorney General of the United States of America.  RFK Jr. was addicted to drugs through most of high school, all of college, all of law school and in a very brief stint as an assistant D.A. in Manhattan.  His job as an assistant D.A. ended when he flunked the Bar Exam and was arrested for possession of HEROIN, to which he pleaded guilty.

 
And just as Jed Clampett's hillbilly accent was not the way Buddy Ebsen really talked, Sen. Kennedy's slow drawl is not the way he really talks.  It is an affectation he uses to appeal to his stupid constituents AKA Republicans.  Kennedy is playing a character.  That's why inicky used Jed Clampett as a comparison to Kennedy.  If you weren't intellectually bankrupt you might have figured that out.

 
Whatta ya think?  Do you "stand corrected?"  Don't admit it yet - cks175 will probably white knight for you and claim he WAS referring to RFK Jr. in his OP.  ROFLMAO!

double standard on the Left?  If RFK Jr. wasn't challenging Biden, the left would be circling the wagons around him, but since he has dared speak out against the Democratic machine, it's persona non grata.

We were NEVER talking about RFK, Jr. until you moronically got him confused with Senator Kennedy.
