CBS News journalist slams MSM, says most underreported story was Biden’s ‘obvious cognitive decline”

Veteran CBS News reporter Jan Crawford dinged news organizations for not thoroughly covering President Biden’s “obvious cognitive decline” this year until it became unavoidable during his disastrous debate against Donald Trump over the summer.

Crawford, the network’s chief legal correspondent, insisted stronger reporting on the topic could have changed the entire election as she responded to a question from “Face the Nation” moderator Major Garrett about the most underreported story in 2024.

“Undercovered and underreported, that would be, to me, Joe Biden’s obvious cognitive decline that became undeniable in the televised debate,” she said on the Sunday morning show.
They are regretting not telling the truth, in hindsight realizing that if they had reported more honestly, Kamala would not have been the nominee.

Biden wasn't the third assistant to the dog catcher, he is the Commander in Chief with access to nuclear weapons. The people who hid his decline didnt do the country, or the Democratic Party, any favors at all. They badly hurt our chances to beat Trump. It is one thing to be loyal to a person, we all get that, but country is more important than any one individual. I dont blame Joe nearly as much as I do the people closest to him who clearly were well aware of his cognitive decline and did nothing.

Wait W H A T? His Staff wasn't able to hide it. It was as obvious as the paint on the walls and you ICKY D would Bristle at the mere mention of Biden's cognitive decline. Remember the Deep Fake Thread? Please don't make me go all Big Pappa Stalker on you and dig it up.  

Biden was fucked from the get-go and was simply a puppet. The Koolaide Millers could have begun reporting on it at ANY POINT in his presidency but chose not to till after the disaster debate and O N L Y then did they act like Journalists and that only REALLY lasted about two weeks.  

Did I mention?  

 It was as obvious as the paint on the walls!

SOURCE? LINK? I do not recall quoting Scarborough about anything. I cited a BBC article that included Scarborough as a Republican forced out by Trump: a name on a list. That is all.

Whether or not you gave Biden a full throated endorsement in the Scarborough thread, isn’t fair to say you were in denial re Biden’s condition?  Or if not in denial at least a victim of the fawning press coverage of Biden by the media?
