If someone shoots the cop, and they ask the shooter where he heard about the tweet, and he says I read it on TER, it draws unnecessary, not to mention negative, attention to this site. Better if he says, "I saw it on Twitter." Let them deal with it.
This board is as close to completely free speech as you will ever get on the internet, so stop whining. There are always going to be things that cross the line to being inciteful, and I think that's why they wouldn't wanted it here. If I owned TER, I would not allow it either. Nothing good can come from repeating the threat here.

Did the tweet on Wed, then hours later he took it down, claiming he wanted to know more about the incident. Ill timed and not cool...the officer was in the right and I'm sure when he learns more, he'll come to the same conclusion. Kinda shot his load on that one.
