while the truth can be a devastating weapon to lead to their defeat.  The fact is, Bush did not attend his National Guard commitment from May through November of 1973, and he did not have leave.  That is AWOL.  It's not desertion.  Desertion is a more serious crime.

Just as fabricating a war case on bogus WMD evidence, and getting 800+ brave troops killed, and several thousand more maimed, while squandering over $200 Billion in U.S. wealth is a FAR more serious derelection of duty than it is to lie about a consensual blowjob under oath when being questioned by an overzealous prosecutor.

Why would a deserter like Bush go to real Hero's funerals? It was disgusting seeing him in France near Real Hero's graves.
Bush wants to cover up the deaths and injuries to American servicemen & women.
Do you realize over 18,000 American Service people have been injured, in addition to the 800+ that are dead.
Do you realize how many devorces will come from the injuries? Many husbands and wives never expected a mate with severe brain damage coming home. Want to see this, go to your local VA and ask where the Brain Rehab unit is and go look what has happened for OIL & Haliburton. Look at the young new Spinal Cord patients. Look at the amputee's. This is for oil, and company friendly to some Americans And Saudi Arabia.
This was done in your and my name by a deserter and a draft dodger (vice president 5 times refused to go).
NOW this man wants to take away your right to have a site like this and sex for sale. What do you say about him now???

Actually he may be guilty of desertion.  According to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, a person who is AWOL for more than 30 days with evidence of no intent to return to duty is guilty of Desertion. (UCMJ Article 85)

The UCMJ specifies that the maximum punishment for desertion in a time of war is, "Death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct".
