There is a list of govt. officials who have priority for national security purposes to fly on govt. aircraft and the Treasury Secretary isn't up there in the hierarchy.  Munchkin claimed he needed it for secure communications.  Right.  What imminent national security threat has to be dealt with by the Treasury Secretary?  On his honeymoon.
