One of Murdoch's media (NY POST) first reported this.  The next day they retracted, saying the source was wrong.

Turns out Michele NEVER EVEN STAYED at the Waldorf!

here's the proof:

Didn't stop the 527s from printing the lie. Or you from spreading it.

Funny, that those that made this propaganda,  "the Concerned Citizens who Love America"  would actually spread lies.

Draping oneself in the flag & self-declared patriotism doesn't hide the hypocrisy.

...unlike John McCain, who inherited Granddaddy's legacy.

The tax increases Obama proposes would affect his family, too, and he has publically acknowledged that.  So they ARE going to be giving up a piece of their pie.

Even if she did spend that much money - who cares?  The Obama family worked hard to get where they are today.  Neither was born wealthy.  Barack has said himself that people like him are among those who will see a tax increase, and he is more than willing to give a little bit more so that our people can have healthcare.

funding? If the Obama plans are implemented they would for the most part privatize public education systems in the US. They would use tax money to support faith based health and education contractors. In 20 years the US will be run by the clergy.

There is also some hard work and dedication involved with graduating from the Academy and devoting half of your adult life to public service.

Sorry if you think inheriting a family name that is steep in service to your country isn't as notable as being raised by your grandparents at a private elite high school in the Hawaiian Islands-  I personally think both candidates have dedicated themselves to what they believe in.

I just value a "love of country" characteristic more than a grassroots neighborhood organizer or civil rights leader for the office of President.

Same argument was made for Bob Dole.  Didn't get him into the Oval Office though.

... this Board is so entertaining, its unbelievable the level of idiocy & how quick they jump to defend their "Messiah."  And LIES? That is the liberal way -

They are ALMOST as stupid as the Obama supporters interviewed in NYC that agreed wholeheartedly with the following "Obama" positions.

. Lower Corporate taxes
. Support of "pro-life" philosophy
. (most funny) His selection of Sarah Palin as
  his VP running mate

Obviously McCain positions (felt I HAD to say that for the libs here or they could be confused) but those interviewed obviously had no idea.  If it wasn't so sad, and dangerous, it would be funny.

As if it makes a difference. Both candidates support the same economic system. There is no real choice in US elections because there is really only one party, the capitalist party.

the koolaid drinkers are on both sides of the fence.

I pointed out a blatant lie & attach the proof & all you can come up with is the lame statement that lies are  "the liberal way"

...and was so busy getting drunk & laid that he never paid attention, and managed to crash THREE - not one, not two, but THREE - planes during his time in the Service (this does not include the plane that was shot down, or the one that malfunctioned in the U.S.S. Forrestal tragedy).  McCain himself stated he "agreed with 90% of what Bush said and did," but now he is desperately trying to distance himself from the man, all to get a bid for a Presidency he may not live to complete, after picking a VP he met ONCE.  Yeah, he sure did EARN his right to claim he loves America.  Puh-LEASE.

While his heritage may have been devoted to service, Senator McCain was only "devoted" to his own selfish pursuits.

You sound like the lawyers' Maxim: When the facts are against you, argue the law.  When the law is against you, argue the facts.  When both are against you, blame the judge!

I might add: when all fails, whine like a baby!
