..and the knives won!  We can now bring small knives on board, but still must toss our water, before boarding.  Wasn't it knives/boxcutters, that got us into this mess in the first place?

  I still pray for families affected by 9/11, and I am sure most of them are horrified at this news.

Water bottles could contain a liquid fuel that can be ignited, and each one of them would have to be tested for such; very time consuming.

Oh, I know.  I was in Dearborn, MI (Hezbollah capital of the US), when the incident happened, that started the "no liquids" policy.  

I assure you, if someone is truly set on blowing up an aircraft, they can do it with less than three ounces of liquid.  Just does not make sense.

& purchase the water at the plane concourse gift shop, or even fill fill up an empty @ a water fountain.....iI've done both many times, last around Xmas holidays, WTF are you talking about.........plan ahead when you travel.
