I've never been impressed with Reid and Pelosi, but then neither have I been with McConnell and Boehner. If the Republican's take back the House and/or Senate, they need new leadership.

Unfortunately, under present rules, those most entrenched and most powerful are the ones that have been there the longest.

Fortunately, some fairly large bones have been thrown to the likes of guys like Cantor and Ryan. But Cantor has been there for 5 terms and Ryan for 6.

I'm still a believer in a Term Limits amendment that will help solve this problem along with some others as well.
