NEW YORK -- White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card said yesterday that President Bush views America as a "10-year-old child" in need of the sort of protection provided by a parent.

So, after four years, Wall Street decides that Bush guarantees its investments.  What is it? That girly-man dollar policy?  His pushing deficits toward infinity?  The high price of oil?  His stamping out of a million jobs?  

Oh, I forgot, his tax cuts.  The only thing that matters to the economy!  

Why don't you just check astrology tables for the reason instead of the polls?
