Every justice up for Scotus nomination will say they respect "stare decisis" but everyone would most likely overturn some past Scotus decisions. While there are many examples, the most famous is Brown v. Board of Ed.  
I listened to oral arguments today and I have no idea how the vote will come out. I would bet the Chief Justice will vote with the liberal justices but not sure if the Right has 5 solid votes to overturn Roe.

the Mississippi law will be upheld and the only question is whether Roe v. Wade will go down in its entirety.

I remember when the consensus was that Scotus would overturn the ACA on the day of oral arguments. I don't have access to the Times. Did they predict a 5-4 vote or 6-3?

written in support of the Jan. 6th riots, BUT, I did support Trump's right to call for investigations and litigate the issues if he felt he was wrong, just like any other American can do.  You like to push the false narrative that I somehow endorsed the Jan. 6th riots.  Nothing I have said, except clearly in jest, supports that.  

 
I have never said anyone should move to another country unless they came here illegally.  I do take exception with the celebrities who promise to move to another country if a Republican is elected and then they don't do it.  Fucking hypocrites with no principles and no integrity.  If they can't follow though, they should STFU.  

 
As far as murderous vigilantes, I am more concerned about the ones that never get prosecuted by Leftie prosecutors in the urban areas.  Once it goes to trial, the system will determine their guilt.  BTW, if you're referring to Rittenhouse, his was a jury trial, not a bench trial.  The judge had no say-so on the verdict.
