WFTV-Channel 9's Barbara West conducted a satellite interview with Sen. Joe Biden on Thursday. Some say that it was one of the best entertainment that they've seen recently.

West wondered about Sen. Barack Obama's comment, to Joe the Plumber, about spreading the wealth. She quoted Karl Marx and asked how Obama isn't being a Marxist with the "spreading the wealth" comment.

"Are you joking?" said Biden. "No," West said.

West later asked Biden about his comments that Obama could be tested early on as president. She wondered if the Delaware senator was saying America's days as the world's leading power were over.

"I don't know who's writing your questions," Biden shot back.

Biden so disliked West's line of questioning that the Obama campaign canceled a scheduled WFTV interview.

LOL. Question the Messiah, and you'll be shut off. Where's our freedom of speech? This is just the beginning, folks....

Sorry bud your going to have to show that one. I would trust your source if it didnt have big picture of W on it. Show me CNN or MSNBC, shit show me FOX.

IMO this is bullshit or at least slanted. The press would eat up anything newsworthy or interesting.

Marxism is a very specific thing. If you're talking about variants like Leninism, Stalinism and Maoism, there's no comparison to Obama. Obama proposes a minor change in the tax tables, while communists sent millions of people to the Gulag. See the contrast? Was Biden supposed to stop there and give a lesson about Marxism that conservatives would reject anyway?

And how does saying that Obama would be tested equate to America's end as a great power? There's no if-then about it, but don't tell that to conservatives who are trying to frame this as the Cold War.
