...two years into his term.  He's leaving for a high-paying job with the Heritage Foundation.  He has to get while the gettin's good because of his endorsements of candidates who cost the GOP control of the Senate; e.g, Todd Akin, Richard Mourdock, Christine O'Donnell and Ken Buck.

Between the things he says and his endorsements, he had to grab the brass ring while it was still within reach.

Give him credit for sticking to his guns though. He's a true believer, a (bowel) movement Conservative.
