They knew their names just not where they were so they flushed them out. Not unknown to other intelligence agencies means  CIA. And if they knew that you don't think they could match it to a Mass drivers license. This research  was coordinated between agencies not just FBI doing it.

Also, the younger had a Facebook account so y'all really think the FBI and CIA could not match it to the Lord & Taylor and other security video footage in addition to a MASS drivers license until Thursday.
