You are just reading the caption and assuming that is what happened. Nor does the video stand for that proposition. The video simply excerpts a couple of lines from the opinion that comments on how the parent’s communication with the children changed when he became agnostic. If you read the entire opinion, you will see that the change of custody was not based on the father’s conversion from a Christian to an Agnostic but on the usual statutory factors governing custody determinations.

    The father’s conversion from a Christian to an Agnostic is not a “change of circumstances” that would warrant a change in custody. And, in the unlikely event that there is some family judge out there wacky enough to make such a ruling, he would be immediately reversed for, among other errors, violating the First Amendment.

    So you need to look elsewhere for your equally wacky thesis that Christians are somehow a threat to your freedom.

Instead of blindly  accepting spoon fed partial tidbits, seek the truth.
The Father in Indiana had a history of harassing his ex wife at work and recently was in a altercation with his ex wife's new BF.
 A simple test for your delusions.
Find a gathering of Christians or Jews, curse Jesus and tell them to their face their God is fake.
Try the same with Muslims and report back with the results.

Yeah, a lone judge in a lower court in one of fifty states in one of 10,000 court houses issues a bad ruling that hasn't been appealed and that ranks as a bigger threat to your freedom.

No, you are right. Moslems don't take your civil liberties away from you unless you are on a plane that goes "BOOM." or inside a subway that goes "KABANG," or in a nightclub, or any other place that is a target.

Of course, Moslems have nothing to do with the fact that the Obama administrations insist on grabbing the crocth of everyone getting on a plane.  (BTW, I agree with the administration that something must be done. I just think there are better ways.)

Funny thing. I am Jewish by descent, but "non-practicing."  However, in over 50 years, I really can't think of many times when my civil liberties were imposed upon by Christians.  True, in 1970, I was living in up state NY, and you couldn't buy alcohol on Sunday, although that has changed.  But that is the last time I can really think of where the "Chrisitan" belief system had any negative impact.

And the Moslem countries are great for personal freedoms.  After we are done, I am going to check out the babes on the regional boards for Damascus, Cairo, and Istambul.  There is a cute one in Teharan, but her head was bashed in by rocks.
