Why do you think price of housing going up is a good thing. When people are making less money, and will have to pay more in taxes.

I was pointing out a fact unemployment is at 7.9% reporting---fact---

My house is not under-water, I have never complained about taxes going up. I was just pointing out that taxes are going up, and I never ever said anything about property taxes.

Why is the inflated price of housing good for people?

Sure it's good for the market, investor, lender, and seller.

The article you point to is just a non-sensical red herring. Small business isn't where the economic issues lie. Global business is the white elephant.

People ought to have the common sense to realize when the POTUS talks about job creation he's referring to the governments unique ability to focus quite a bit of national leverage in order to foster conditions whereby growth can be stimulated. You know, like tax cuts for the rich to create jobs. Oops... that didn't work now did it? That's why they're temporary...that bit of policy didn't work. Let it expire accordingly.

To cockblock legislation that would stimulate growth, all the while justifying it based upon completely out to lunch, not based in reality ideological horseshit, is irresponsible, un-american and traitorous behavior.

Or the seemingly irrational...

'Cause they're not. Whatt "they" are is greedy.

They hide behing the cloak of there principles and ideology, as if it's morally righteous armor, all the while acting as proxy for a certain select few to fleece the nation.

They'll get there's. In the end numbers have a certain charm.

Maybe to hear so they can hear each other.

I'm in favor of a more Socialist society, where people are not dependent on an employment based income...That's not in the cards. ;)

You sound like some one who is pro free-market, a spend & lend, and spend some more type.

I saved $500 a month with a refi under Obama. Originally bought my home under Bushy. Had more money this shopping season than ever before. Everybody gets their own signed copy of the Book of Mormon this year.
