OK, so I also posted under "Ding Chavez."  Mea culpa.  But it's so nice to see sdstud and a few others take such delight in finding out (Whooptedoo!), since they're so frustrated by the successes of this Administration, and anticipate deeper frustration when GWB beats the Poodle in November.

I started doing so in order to have an alter ego under which to post to avoid the obvious personal assaults from sdstud and others.

A couple of questions, though.  Why is it I can edit most of my other posts, but have found myself unable to edit the errant post that started all this trouble?  Might it be because our moderator doesn't want me to?  After all, why would he allow both to be posted, when it is quite clear that the first was an error?

I have had very little to complain about in his practices since taking on this thankless job.  But these two things combined suggest that he his personal political agenda is interfering with his responsibilities as "moderator."

From the mods:

"A poster can only edit his posts for the first 24 hours. If you leave his posts on the queue for more than a day, you can then approve them but he loses the ability to edit them.

I usually approve messages within 24 hours. si in effect if you go back and try and edit the post and add back in the personal attack I edited out, you could get around this rule.

BUT...... if I find you doing this, the punishment could be something you would not like.

It's not the person that is assaulted on these boards but the ideas their post represents.  Did you ever noticed you received the same shit whether or not you posted under James86 or senore Chavez.  So what, Ding is James86 light ?  Come on.
